Hello Smile

I go to Boots, get overwhelmed and leave with nothing. Each and everytime. So what do you give your children? Ideally I'd like a one shot wonder that does the omega and even pro/pre biotics.

What are we all using? My dcs have awful diets and I can't see any revolutions taking place any time soon, so I do need to get some sort of nutrients into them!

TIA

We use
Multivit www.bodykind.com/product/1069_148-BioCare-Optimum-Nutrition-for-Children-60-Tablets.aspx for one dc that has digestive problems (6yrs)
Omega www.boots.com/en/Equazen-eye-q-chews-180-chews_29811/?CAWELAID=334491141&cm_mmc=Shopping%20Engines--Google%20Base----_-Equazen%20eye%20q%20chews%20%20180%20chews
Probiotics www.biocare.co.uk/default.aspx?GroupGuid=29&ProductGuid=10060&PageItemGroupGuid=21 not every day but after anitbiotics (which are rare), stomach bug or if one is threatening like going round school

How old are your dc's?

we give this www.highernature.co.uk/ShowProductFamily.aspx?ProductFamilyID=43
You can buy it at Revital, High Nature, Amazon

www.vitabiotics.com/Wellkid/
contains vitamins, minerals and omega 3. DS likes soft jellies. DS is not eating everything so we give him these multivitamins. I think his nails have improved. Before they used to be very brittle.

I am going to read this thread too.

Thank you everyone. The dc's in question are 3 and 8 Smile

Right, I'll have a read of your links.
