She is 3 weeks old. We live in a hot, humid country. She has a little heat rash in her nappy which I am trying to keep clean and cool and aired. Have noticed a little crop of white pimples in the creases at the top of her thighs. Looks a bit sore. I put Sudocreme on yesterday and it got better by evening, but back again today.
Normal? Or a trip to the doctor?
