4 YO DD has spotty face & bloody nose

Any advice on this one ... DD had a little scratch on the bottom of her nostril one morning about a week ago, I assumed from picking her nose. In the process of that healing she's developped a really crispy and bloody nostril, I thought again from more picking. She's not an obsessive nose picker unless there's a bogey to get (sorry tmi :)) She also has about 10 fairly mild looking spots appearing around her nose, on her cheeks & this morning on her eyelids. I think something's causing the spots of which she has inside her nose and picking at them has made them bleed. But what?

She's had chicken pox. I don't think hand, foot & mouth as there's nothing round her lips, in the mouth or on hands or feet. I've just googled impetigo & the spots are much too calm & not blistery.

She has just cut her 2nd molar. Anyone known anything like this as a teething symptom?

The severity doesn't seem to warrant a Dr visit, unless it gets worse or doesn't improve in next few days but I'm interested to hear your thoughts & experiences.

Does sound like impetigo to me. Up the nose is apparently quite a common place to get it.

I would get it checked as impetigo can spread very quickly.
