Bite like rash on legs now forehead no illness? What do you think?

4year old has a bite like pink circle spot type rash on her legs, sides and a few spots have appeared on her forehead.

She's not unwell, isn't bothered by it, slightly scratches but nothing more than usual.

They do look like bites, but they definitely aren't. (I slept in her bed and have nothing like it on me).

What can it be?!

I wouldn't worry too much, just keep a track of them and look out for any other symptoms.

It could be a minor reaction to some food, drink, a chemical, a plant anything she's come into contact with. Also some bites take a day or so to really appear so there could be any number of explanations I wouldn't just assume its something from her bed.

As I said keep a rough track of them so you can see if more appear, this may help you to work out the cause. Maybe pop to the chemist if she develops other symptoms but for now I think antihistamine will take away the itching, clear them up and really be all you need for now. My lot always seem to have unexplained bumps, bruises, rashes and spots its only if they don't clear up after treatment should you investigate further.

Do you have any cats/dogs in the house? Are the spots ring-shaped? Any chance it could be ringworm. Which I recently found out isnt a worm at all but a fungal infection. My friend caught it off her cat recently. Am probably way out here. Hope dd soon spot free.
