He vomited on Friday and hasn't vomited since. He has a cough, it's not chesty, sounds more dry and tickly, and is very snotty but the snot is clear, not green. He's sleeping lots but waking up at night with a high temperature. He's drinking about 4 bottles of milk a day, and his poo is runny but not so much, I assume that's because all he's drinking is milk and water with honey for his cough. I managed to get a Doctor's app. for tomorrow morning but don't see the point in taking him if he is taking lots of fluids and not vomiting. He's just never been this ill before and I'm at a loss as to what to do. He's very lethargic and whiny, but I would put a lot of that down to him not eating. I'm offering him lots of food but I'm not pushing it on him, he just keeps telling me, 'I just don't want food'. He hasn't complained about his tummy being sore since Saturday.

Anybody's DC's been similar? Any advice welcome...

Hi, just wanted to say my DS had something similar recently and didn't eat much either. I took him to the GP who didn't seem in the least bit worried as long as he was talking in fluids. The temperature is part of the virus and as long as you can keep it down he should be over it fairly shortly.

Take him to the GP's anyway just to put your mind at ease, hope he gets better very soon.

Thanks love:)

If he doesn't eat anything tonight and tomorrow, I'll take him, I just don't fancy shelling out E45 if there's nothing they can do!
