DD is 3 wks almost 4wks. She has had what might generously be called milk spots (but more accurately be termed full on baby acne, red spots with yellowy/white heads) all over her face for at least the last 2 weeks. She also now has the spots on her chest and scalp.
I know they are supposed to clear up on their own...but when might this happen? And is there anything I can do to help it along?
( not a pfb...psb! DS was spot-free)
