My 7 year old started being sick tuesday night around 7pm ish, she has been sick since ony able to keep small amounts of water down apart from yesterday she had a small peice of toast in the morning. The last couple of hours she has been sick everythign even the water and has now started throwing up a really dark green bile. My younger daughter had a very minor bug a few days ago she was sick once but my 7 year old has been quite unwell - she complains of stomach pain just before shes sick and she says she has been sore although she doesnt seem to be in a HUGE amoutn of pain, she has a minor temp.

Do i need to call a doctor about this now? The green worries me its just not smethign i have seen before, very dark green its shocked me a bit!. As i say if she was running a higher temp or seemed to be in pain i woukd have called already but shes sort of borderline atm.any ideas?

I'd call them, yes.

If the vomit is dark green it may be bile that she's vomiting up.
You can bring up bile after excessive vomiting (nothing else left in the stomach to come up) but she needs to be seen by a doctor to exclude any surgical problems. I'd take her to the OOH doctor or A&E to get checked over.
