Im so fucking exhausted. I've got 3 small kids and the illnesses just seem neverending! Does anyone else have this problem?

A copuple of weeks ago we all had really bad colds with my 3 yr old waking himself up coughing in the night so I had disturbed sleep with him, then my 5 yr old had tonsilitus for a week and the baby was really bad with teething, then we all had a stomach bug, then the middle one gets ANOTHER cold, the teething got worse so very little sleep, last night the 3 yr old (bloody him again. It's always him.) projectile vomited everywhere. After cleaning him up and changing bed he did it again. And again. And again. Arrggghhhh!!! Then the baby woke up at 5 am with bright red cheeks again. Today I've got a fucking cold and so has the eldest, the baby is grumpy and then the middle one has a fucking nosebleed.

I just want a week of no one being ill, all getting enough sleep. Ok, rant over, I feel better now.

Yep. I'm attempting a vitamin attack on DS(3).

Hmmm...I hadn't thought of that. Good idea.

Yup, just been on Victoria Health website for vitamin and supplement splurge. Am sick of it all and I have low and lowering white blood cell count so am now paranoid about getting ill myself.

Same here - DS, DH and DD1 have all had a D&V bug, DD1 has also had an ear infection, DS, DD1 and DD2 have colds - it has turned chesty for DS as it always seems to.

Trying to get them to eat more fruit and veg but that's not easy. So maybe vitamins would be a good plan.

I used to give my daughter when she was 3 ish the "yogurt type" drinky things! yakult or whatever, I cant remeber the stuff thats in it, to support the immune system.

Ive completly forgotten what they are called!!

Also a good idea tumble thanks. Will try those too! Had a better nights sleep but only because i put the baby in my bed. Think I might kick DH out and keep the LO!
