High temp, diarrhoea and tummy pain in 5.5 month old

It's been going on for 3 days now. Already been to A&E once and Dr today. Her temp is back up to 40 and Dr said was my choice whether to go back to A&E or try and get temp down at home and go back and see her later.

I chose the latter option but not sure now if I did the right thing? Poor little DD.

I presume they checked ears, throat and chest?

Personally I'd get her checked and ask them to check her urine too.

Hope she's better soon.
