Younger DS is going to have hydrocele surgery.

It is going to be administered under the general anesthesia. I am so worried about it. I have have heard general anesthesia is not very good for young children. He is 3. I have to trust the surgeons but how can I with all the negative press the health workers receive.

JUst bear in mind it's only the negative stories which make the press so I wouldn't worry to much on that one!

Ds had an operation at 18 months and as worried as I was before (which is natural) everything went smoothly and it was such a relief when it was done
