I borrowed a bosieboo thermometer over xmas, which you just hovered over the temple, and it was amazing. But i can't find anywhere that sells them, and the brother max 3 in 1 looks like it does a similar thing.

is it any good? or any other recommendations?

Thankyou!

Hello, i don't know about the bosieboo thermometer but I work at brother Max so just thought i'd respond to you recent post. The Brother Max thermometer reads, ear, forehead and room temperature. It doesn't require probe covers and really is very simple and accurate to use. Which? has only this week posted a review on their site (please see link to their review below) so felt this was probably more impartial to send you than feedback from someone that works at the company. Also the thermometer just won a gold practical parenting award for best baby and toddler health product so it is a popular one amongst parents.

Hope that helps a little.

I've been using a braun in ear one. Apparently though digital thermometers can be pretty inaccurate. When DD was in the childrens hospital they used the stick type and shoved it in her armpit. Less convenient, more accurate.
