5yo daughter is growing a 21st tooth. Is that right?

She is 5.

She has the standard issue 20 teeth. (2 wobbling, but no gaps yet)

She has just come and shown me a freak extra molar that she is growing at the back. Is that right? Or should I take her back and demand my money back?

that will be her first permanent molar coming through (normally due around age 6). This is not a baby tooth and she will not lose it like the 20 baby teeth she already has
