Which ear plugs are the best for kids with grommets?

I posted in the week about my daughters ear infection. We have the ear putty ear plugs, which hates? They look like clear silicone which you mould to fit, but they always fall out?

Can anyone suggest any better ones? I've looked at the ones which go inside ear, but not sure if there a good idea?

I couldn't find any that weren't silicone ones, for bath time we used cotton wool covered in vasciline just for hair washing bit
