DD is nearly 7 she has been complaining of pains under her arm pits since around October. I have took her to the gp when she had a virus a few weeks ago and he said they were slightly swollen. The virus has now gone and she is still complaing of pain. Could it be growing pains, anyone any experience of this?

Swollen lymph glands can last quite a while.
I had a swollen one in my groin for years after shingles, but I would go back to the gp if she is still having problems.

She didnt tell me till after we left the doctors that she had had the pain under her arms for a few weeks before the virus. I just hope its not glandular fever as I remember my sister having this when she was young
