Tonsilitis has become chesty cough in 11mo - advice

Dd, 11mo, had temp and cough and throwing up on wed, 39.5 by Thurs and doc diagnosed tonsilitis. She has antibiotics and has been on since Thurs night. Temp only slightly high now but cough has moved to get chest and she seems generally iller. Docs again tomorrow do you think?

Yes, it could be a chest infection. I hope she's on the mend quickly.
