15 month old and sulphur burps/vomit?

My 15 month old DS has had vomitting and diarroheaa since last Thursday but has stopped for short periods in between and has been off his food
I have been waiting for it to pass thinking it was a virus and my 26 month old also has the diaroheaa and vomitting
However last night my 15 month old started doing sulphur burps and this morning woke up covered in foul smelling diaroheaa. He's just thrown up pure sulphur smelling vomit and is still burping
I am taking him to the doctor first thing in the morning but wondered if anyone could shed any light on it

Sounds as though its not quite out of his system. The bugs can go on for a week, but vomiting tends to stop after 3 days, but the foul burps just indicate a nasty upset digestive system. Hope he's OK though.
