four year old blocked nose at nite - what to give?

seems to be dust/heat allergy - wakes around 11pm screaming cause nose is blocked - what best to give? piriton on an ongoing basis??

Have you tried karvol/or similar plug ins? May help if it's just a stuffy nose.

We put Vicks Vapourrub on a hankerchief by my daughters pillow and this really seems to help with a stuffy nose and also the Karvol capsules are very good.
