16 week old baby coughing a lot

dd is 16 weeks old. Started coughing last night and now coughing about 4 times every hour. She coughs about 4 times then makes a sound like she is clearing her throat.

She seems fine elsewhere, not snotty, no temp, wet and dirty nappies, feeding ok.

Any ideas?
