Its 11am, should I wake 3 year old who was up 3 hours in night and sick once?

She came home from nursery red hot and pale yesterday (no temp), went to bed at a normal time. She woke very hot still and "strange" saying she wanted to go home etc? She was sick (quite a lot) but only once

She is now still asleep

I have 17 month old DS downstairs with me

Just wondering if and at what point I should wake her, wont she be needing fluids and food?

No!

Let her sleep. It's the best healer. Plenty of fluids on waking.

Hope she feels better soon.

no don't wake her...she'll wake up on her own and if she wants foods/fluids she'll take them. Hopefully she recovers soon.

ditto. my DS does this a lot, we find the best tonic is to let him sleep. agree to giving her fluids when she wakes
