eczema rash - go to the dr or treat at home?

dd has what i think is an eczema rash on the back of her neck (20p size) and a smaller bit on the back of her knee. i'm guessing its to do with her mega teething as it started at a similar time.

what can i use to treat it?
do i need to go to the dr?

You could use dermol cream (pharmacy, over the counter). However, if it looks inflamed it is better to see your GP. Also, don't use soap/bath products as they will make it worse. Oats in bath or aveeno oat based products are also good
