Or is there paracetomol in bonjela? Also his great nan said teething can cause tummy ache! Could this be true?

No paracetamol in Bonjela, just a numbing agent. I would give paracetamol liquid 2.5ml, but only if its really bad, as a last resort at this age as he's a little young. I think I would try everything else first - teething powders, cold teething ring kept in the freezer etc.

Teething can give awful nappy rash (I can vouch for that one) I think due to the acidity in the extra saliva produced while teething going through and out the other end.

So an upset tummy wouldn't surprise me.

You can use it from 2 months or 4kg in weight. Just try everything else first. Smile

Yes teething can cause an upset tum, DS always has explosive nappies when teething!

I'm assuming you mean baby Bonjela? the adult stuff can be dangerous for babies.
