Does anyone have any experience of Hidradenitis Suppurativa?

My daughter was diagnosed with this today.
She had surgery to remove 2 of the lumps but we have been told that chances are they will return and we have to try and catch them when they are small so she can get antibiotics to avoid surgery again.

She has to go back and see the surgeon in 4-6 weeks and see how things have been.

I suffer from this debilitating horrendous condition. ive had surgery under each of my armpits and (touch wood) not had an outbreak there since. I still suffer from it in my groin despite losing 5 stone to get to a normal bmi and stopping smoking. I hope the surgery works for your daughter x
