How bad are wobbly teeth in a toddler after a fall?

DD fell over tonight (didn't see how as had my back turned) and I noticed she had bleeding in her mouth but her tongue looked fine. One of her bottom teeth felt a bit wobbly then, but less so later. What should I do? Dentist in the morning? What if no appointment is available? How bad is this in the grand scheme of things?

My boys have both had this, as have friends, in all cases the tooth has become solid again after a few days, I fed them soft foods for a few days - no apples! One of my.boys tooth did go grey, but as it was his baby tooth it didn't matter too much, big tooth since grown and it is fine. I would still take her to the dentist, so make sure it's all ok!
