DD is 4.5 months and has had a cold for 2 wk now. It's not bad, doesn't affect feeding and she seems pretty happy. She's been waking more at night so have tilted the mattress and put eucalyptus oil on her growbag as well as using a saline rinse and nasal aspirator. Was just wondering if after two weeks of it I should get her looked at?

Yes, you probably should if things aren't improving significantly. It's better to be overcautious and get told she's teething than miss something serious. I though DS was teething once and he nearly died of pneumonia :(

got an appointment tomorrow. Thanks. Sorry to hear about your DS, must have been terrifying.

He's fine now but it took me a while to stop feeling like the worst mum ever!

Doc said it was just a cold but that it was right to go and check it hadn't moved onot her chest. Gave us some anti inflammatory drops for her nose which seemed to help a lot and she only woke once btw 10pm and 6am!
