Please help! High calorie low sugar foods for kids? Cheese and ummm......

Am trying to think of some low sugar foods which aren't in any way low calorie, so far I have bread, bananas & cheese! How about breakfast cereals, porridge? Thanks!

Cream, butter, full fat milk, creamy yogurts, basically the sort of thing people on the Atkins diet eat (assuming it's short term). An NHS dietitian may be able to help with advice.

Mashed potato with cream,butter and grated cheese and believe it or not, peas.

Mascapone mixed with banana. Or you could put some in milkshakes.
