My ds 1 (2.7 yrs) has been generally under the weather for about a week now. Started with vomiting and loss of appetite and v. tired. He is now fine within himself but has developed a weird raised bumpy rash - looks like nettle sting- which seems to come and go when he gets a bit hot and after the bath.
The only reason I am suspecting it is slapped cheek is that he did have very red cheeks for about an hour this morning- nothing since though??
He is due to go to nursery tomorrow and I'm hoping he'll be ok to go as he didn't go at all last week!
