She has had it for a few days but has been up in night with wheezing and nose running etc. We were gonna go to a carnival today, obviously wrapping her up really warm and keeping her in sling. I'm just not sure if taking her out in the cold will make her worse or fresh air and entertainment will benefit her. Any advice please?
