Odd nappy rash and we're in the back of beyond on holidays-help

It started few days ago: white spots/pustules, red around, maybe 20 on her pubis and bum. One spot has now green pus in it. One or two look like little blisters.

Am far away from any doctors and have only Bepanthen which doesn't seem to work.

It doesn't look like thrush, I don't think.

Any ideas?

Btw DD is 2.7 yo.

?folliculitis. sounds like an antibiotic cream like fuscidin would be a good idea. is she upset by it? when will you be able to see someone?

Thanks for replying. No, she doesn't seem to notice it. What would it be caused by? We switched to a new type of nappy here and also there were few very hot days (so heat rash?) and now it's cold so she didn't have shower for few days as we can only use a bucket outside (yes, very rural here) although obv. we use wipes regularly.

Are you in a hotel? Can you get them to call a dr or ask them where the nearest walk in centre is?
