white spots on my dd's vaginal opnening

I have just noticed some white spots on my 2 yr old dd's vaginal opening. Seems not to bother her too much.. but am worried. Anyone had any similar issues? will go to gp tom.

Could it be thrush?

I thought thrush too - I had it as a small girl, it's not just a grown-ups disease. You can use Canestan on small children (I even used it on DD2 as a baby), so might be worth a try.
