Lump at BCG injection site 1.5 years on....

My daughter is now 20 months. She had the BCG injection back when she was very young but has always had a lump there.
It doesnt seem painful and is pretty much skin coloured.
Is this normal?

She has also had several lymph nodes swollen since she was very small but paediatrician and Dr always said back in the day it was 'normal' or because of her eczema.
Notably they are down in the groin area and under the arms. Just wondered if there was any relation?

My sister still has a lump from her BCG she had at 14. She is 30 today.
