Can I give Manuka honey to my 4 year old?

And I am also a bit confused about the different numbers on the jars (10, 15+ etc...).
Any tips?

Yes (only in the first year children are not allowed honey). The higher the number on the jar the stronger the anti-bacterial properties. It is supposedly good for sore throats.
