WE have just got back from holiday and my daughter (7) seemed to get an irritation in her groin area from swimming pool chlorine. We kept it at bay by alternating with the pool and the beach, but after 2 days at home it has suddenly flared up. She is itching like mad and has a big patch of bright/dark red irritated skin "down there" It looks very sore,
I have put her in a salt bath which has eased it and given her a teaspoon of pirition and put on zinc and castor oil cream because its all I have around. Is there any cream I could go and get tonight that will give her some relief?
