Grotty 3 weeks after 12/13 month jabs? Or after CT scan?

Is it usual for kids to be grotty after 12/13 month jabs? After CT scans? If so, how long for?!

Our DS is very grotty (again). Not ill as such but irritable all day and is now waking lots at night (he only started sleeping through 2-3 weeks ago). He had both his 12 and 13 month jabs 3 weeks ago, and a CT scan this weekend. Could it be down to one of these? He is 13 months old.

Thanks in advance. Looking for some hope that he will cheer up and sleep again soon Wink

I hope its normal. My DS also had the 12&13 month jabs together 10days ago, and he's a very grumpy bear. The post-MMR grump can last up to 19weeks!! As each of the parts of the vaccine start to work Shock

Fingers crossed the boys cheer up and we get a good nights sleep, and hopefully a better day to follow.

No idea about the CT scan (hope all's ok?), but yep, ds2 turned into a 'shining wit' a couple of weeks after his jabs too. Only lasted a couple of days though, hang in there!

CT should not have an effect, the sedation wears off pretty quick. The MMR can cause grumpy children for a few weeks
