bf alot but 16 month old not eating much

my 16 mnth old seems keen on boobie still but since summer came she isnt interested in solids much...ok with ella's kitchen sachets, but just nibbles at a bit of cheese or sausage but just not that hungry at all ....maybe giving her too much bobbie and bf several times at night

no idea what ella's sachets are, but she can eat whatever you are eating as a family. Just include her in your meals and let her have fun with eating.

don't stress too much - she will naturally start to eat more as she gets older.

Breastmilk is good in hot weather to keep her hydrated
