8 month old baby with spots around mouth and nose?

My baby has lots of spots on her face, only around her mouth and nose and chin area and I'm just interested to see what could be causing this and also how I can help ease it a little.

Any advice would be very much appreciated x

is it just spots, no fever or anything?

My 12mo DD get these quite often, just a dribble rash, but she also had them when she had hand, foot and mouth disease.

She is teething and has a cold but no fever.

My DD 8 months gets the same thing when she's teething! Probably just dribble rash. Keep an eye on her and if they get worse or she gets a temperature maybe ring your gp.
