does nayone know if need to do anything for ds's chipped front top tooth, think he has done it on baby sleeping bag. It doesn't seem to be causing any pain but i wondered if a dentist would file it or anything?!

he has seen dentist a few weks ago and she thought he had a little chip then and didn't seem too concerend but this one is bigger and i would think it sharp edge may hurt his tongue.

any ides/ similar experiences. also ways to prevent further damage?
