4 year old with pain in spine

Hi all,

Just looking for advice, I'm not sure whether I should be worried.

My four year old woke up last night complaining of back pain. They were pointing to their spine and crying for about 15 minutes before settling down again. I have googled, which was the wrong thing to do as it's telling me lots of scary things. Would you be worried about this? Could it be growing pains, or something more sinister?

Hard to tell really off that, just trust your instincts, if it was me i'd be inclined to think they had just slept funny if it was never mentioned again but if in doubt check it out!
