DS (almost 4) has woken up with a really pimply face

Has bad skin just started early?

Or could it be something else?

No pimples anywhere else. No new food/washing liquids etc. They are red with little white blisters in the centre. He looks like a right spotty oik.

Impetigo? If round the mouth.

They are all over his face really, cheeks and chin.

He does have a cold, perhaps it's just viral.
