3yo DD with high temp for the 3rd day in a row now.

She started early hours of monday morning with 39 ish temp, which I am trying to keep up with by alternating paracetamol and ibruprofen, she also has a nasty cough and cold and is off her food. Shouldn't the temp be stabilising by now? Even though I am alternating the medicine every 3 hours it still keeps creeping up.

What should I do?

You can alternate the meds every 2 hours but that should only be given like that for 48 hours so I would now take her to the doctors.
