What can you give a 6 year old with tummy griping pains?

He had a temp of 39.8 last night but is now down to 38.8, diarrhea since yesterday afternoon and is getting griping pains in his tummy. He hasn't eaten anything since Thursday night but is taking drinks (no vomiting up till now). Is there anything you can take for the griping pains?

A trip to the doctor? I think he needs to be seen, as it could be appendicitis, which is fatal if ignored

OrangeBernard Thanks for that, he seems alot better this morning but I will keep a close eye on him, will have to Google appendicitis as I had no idea you got diarrhea with that, thanks again.
