Plain rice, mashed potato, bananas? Anything quite bland I'd think, just avoid dairy.

When my DC's had a vomiting bug a couple of weeks age the doctor said to give them water, milk or banana.
I would say if she's not being sick just give her what she fancies. If she's not hungry don't worry just give plenty of fluids.

Fruit juices and fruit (not including banana) aren't a great idea as they'll irritate an already delicate tummy.

Agree with bland foods - stick to the beige or white rule! Baby porridge might be a nice idea, with some chopped banana on top?

Well, carbs are what she needs for energy to get over it so a biscuit is nutritious in that sense! Toast, ready brek, plain pasta, ricecakes, as long as it's bland.
