Natural remedies/any foods to help with asthma?

If DD also lovescheese that can be a cause. Dairy foods can be a trigger.

Grin @ cheekeymonkey; yes she does like dairy products but I try to limit them as they are mucus forming (yuk).

Buteyko breathing is supposed to give good results. Loads of web info about it.

I know it is frowned upon here (and I thought it was crap too) but I took my DS to a homeopath and it really made a difference. He still gets a bit wheezy but instead of that developing into a chest infection, as it always used to, and him needing steroids, he seems to be fighting off the wheeze himself.
