How many sessions with a chiropractor does it normally take to be cured/out of pain?

DH is sceptical and after DD had her treatment she said she didn't feel any different and the chiropractor said he had loosened her up. She is booked to go again next week but I know if she feels the same DH won't take her back.

How long is a piece of string, really. It depends on the condition. When I see an osteopath (similar), sometimes I feel an easing the same day, other times it can take up to a week.

I thought that was the case. It is so difficult and it is worse as she is at my PIL so I can't see her.
