Can you help me with the name of this disease please?

I am taking my 12 month old son to the GP and I am not sure what is the name of the disease in eenglish.
In Italian it is called "sesta malattia" that is sixth disease, or roseola. He had very high fever for 3 days (41) and now he has a rash on his back and stomach.
Do you know the exact term?

I think you mean scarlet fever but that is rare in the UK.
