what to do for a small baby with a hacking cough?

dd2 is nearly 5mo, and has a streaming cold with a nasty cough. this is bothering her quite a bit, and keeping her awake. anything we can do other than ride it out?

wet towels on radiators, elevate the legs of her cot a bit.

Steam up the room for her put her over your knee as
far over as you can and rub her back to get mucus up from her little chest
