DD1 (6) has her tongue splitting it 2 (like a top heart shape) at the end when she pulls it out.
She does have some pronunciation problems too, but then she also has an ogival palate.
It sounds like tongue tie, isn't it?
Can it happens as they grow bigger? It wasn't detected when she was a baby even if she had trouble sucking, and it was definitely not visible last year.
Who deal with that?
Shall I go see an ORL? no GP, here but I can choose between family doctor or peadiatrician too.

It does sound like a tongue-tie; pop and see the paed, presumably they can refer DD on to a speech therapist/maxfax surgeon if necessary. I believe it's a pretty simple procedure to have it fixed.
