Hello perhaps someeone can help me with this query. My 9 month old baby girl is teething. at the moment she poos every 2 days. on day 1 she will be pooing quite alot. good firm stools, healthy colour and she is happy. on day 2 she won't poo at all, is irritable and in discomfort. i feed her on a selection of fruit and vegetables that i steam and wisk myself. mainly carrots, sweet potato, broccoli, beetroot, apples, pears, banana, rice. she is also breastfed and has always been breastfed from brith. is there something simple i can do to solve the day 2 problem? thanks in advance. Erika

Too much fruit and veg? If I try and get five portions into dd2 in one day she's got a bum like one big angry welt the next day.

Try apricot puree? That is high in fibre but tasty and used to work on my eldest.

Also make mushy puds with prunes/dates ( like a little sloppy crumble - depending what she like with lumps, pureed prunes with custard?
