DS 1 (6) had a small red spot under nose this morning. Tonight it's slightly yellow and crusty. He has 5/6 very small red spots on his chin. I'm taking him to the GP tommorrow but is this how impetigo starts?

Yes, sounds like impetigo, you must take him to GP and he'll have to be off school.

How absolutely lovely. I'll let the school know. Hopefully he won't have passed it it on.
