What can I mix Eye Q liquid supplement with to help make ds take it.

To be fair to him it smells awful and probably tastes awful too.

It's very oily so doesn't mix with drinks. I tried it mixed in with yogurt but I think the taste was still over powering.

Any ideas

Ds2 will actually take it in juice, although he does wince when I make him take the cast dregs which is where it mostly sits.
The small strawberries capsules are more palatable if your child can take them.
Or I do the dreadful yet effective. Holding out the spoon of eye-q and holding out fav sweet. Drink this and then you can have this to take the taste away.

When I was growing up we always took cod liver oil with lemon juice. It didn't take the taste entierly away but it really did take the edge off it. Just any random bottle of lemon juice to squirt a bit on the spoon with or mix in a glass then give would do. Though where I am from we got the codliver oil in bottles with lemon flavouring.

DGS was on the little IQ capsules as a baby and when he came to the age to switch to the older dose (flavoured liquid) he totally refused, even though he loved the capsules squirted in his mouth! DD spoke to the pharmacist and he said there was as much of the omega stuff in the little capsules so just stick with them. Not sure what your DS age or whether this helps.

He's 3 I could try the capsule but have just spent a fortune on the liquid as they were on offer!!

My DD did the same 2 for 3!!
