Arnica, what is a safe dose for kids?

My 3yr old has scratched my 6yr old on his face and I am desperate for it to heal. I use arnica tablets for cuts, can I give my child who is 6 a 30c arnica tablet?

Does anyone know what is a safe dosage for kids?

Arnica tablets are homeopathic - therefore contain no actual ingredients. They are therefore safe but pointless.

Arnica cream does contain active ingredients - the instructions that come with it will probably suggest how much, how often, is ok for chldren.
